The Jefferson city council at its May 27 regular meeting approved the listing of city employees’ salaries for calendar year 2013. Per the Code of Iowa, salaries and wages paid by tax-funded public bodies including counties, cities and public school districts are public information and are to be published annually as a legal notice.
